Hobie arrived to B-Squad in very rough shape back in March after being released from a commercial breeding program. He was malnourished, was missing alot of hair and was suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection. We are happy to report that this little guy has made quite the come back story and has now received his veterinary clearance for adoption!

From His Foster: 

Hobie-active and busy, chases balls and working on returning them.  Loves to play!  Cuddles a little bit on lap but also is independent.  Curious and likes to follow you everywhere.  I would say 90% housebroken, doesn’t really cue just goes out and does his business.  Probably should be leashed while outside as he is so curious and little he would find an escape route.  Only have been leashed with us.  Good little eater.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

• Patient family willing to continue to work on basic obedience and housetraining
• Physically fenced in yard to keep him safe or experience with long lead management
• Children in the home ages 5+ due to his size- he weighs a whopping 6.5 lbs soaking wet

Hobie was neutered while in rescue. He is up to date on vaccinations (rabies, diestemper, bordatell, and lepto), monthly preventions for heartworm and flea/tick, and has been microchipped. Please complet an application to welcome him home today!
