5 months old | Male Confetti Miniature Schnauzer

Fritz may have the adorable Schnauzer looks, but this sweet little guy isn’t your typical bold and outgoing Schnauzer puppy.

At just 5 months old, Fritz is still learning that people can be safe, kind, and pretty wonderful to have around. Human affection is something he is slowly warming up to, and right now he needs a little time and patience before deciding you’re worthy of his trust.

But underneath that uncertainty is an incredibly gentle spirit. ❤️

Fritz isn’t looking for someone to rush him or expect him to immediately become a confident, cuddly puppy. He needs a family willing to meet him where he is, celebrate the little victories, and give him the time he needs to figure things out.

For dogs like Fritz, those little victories can mean everything — choosing to stay close instead of moving away, becoming curious about what you’re doing, accepting a gentle touch, or eventually seeking you out all on his own.

At only 5 months old, Fritz has so much growing and learning ahead of him. With consistency, patience, lots of love, and the security of knowing he is finally home, we believe this gentle little boy will continue to blossom into a wonderful companion.

Fritz may not walk into your home and immediately act like he owns the place.

But watching him slowly realize that he belongs there may be even better. ����

Your adoption fee includes the spay/neuter procedure through our program at Best Care Pet Hospital. All dogs are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations including rabies, distemper, Bordetella, and lepto. They have been started on monthly heart worm and flea/tick preventions and are microchipped. Please complete an application to welcome them home today!
