Melee is a cream cannon ball of love with legs that just happens to snore, snort, and get the funniest zoomies! Melee came to B-Squad after being retired from a commercial breeding program. She really wasn't a fan of other dogs when she first arrived- we don't blame her- but over the last 6 months she has grown to love her foster siblings and tolerates them most of the time. We think she will do fine with other dogs that are laid back and not type A or dominant OR crazy and jumping in her face. In her foster home she tolerates foster puppies as long as they respect her space... if it becomes too much she has no trouble putting them in their place. She ADORES all humans and loves receiving snuggles from the largest to the smallest of humans. Melee doesn't require alot for exercise... she loves car rides or the short stroll through the neighborhood when it isn't too hot. Most days you can find her playing with the foster puppies in her foster home or snoozing away on a nice soft bed. Melee will make a great addtion to one very lucky home!
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Family willing to provide the structure and love needed for the dog to live a fulfilling life both mentally and physically
- Melee would enjoy either being an only dog or with other laid back dogs in the home
Melee has been spayed and is scheduled for another dental that will be included in the cost of her adoption through Best Care Pet Hospital. All of the dogs in our program are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations (distemper, bordatella, lepto, and rabies), started on monthly preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and are microchipped.
