Boo came to B-Squad in early September as part of a neglect case. He had spent the majority of his young life tied to a tree with no shelter. Lucky for Boo, a good samaritan reported the issue and eventually Boo was surrendered to her and made his way to B-Squad. Upon arrival it was clear that there was something wrong with Boo's mouth. During his veterinarian exam, it was discovered that Boo's jaw was broken and not repairable as due to infection, most of his jaw bone had rotted away. Boo was neutered and received an extensive dental while in our care.
We have worked through Boo's laundry list of health issues and this little guy is ready to find a family of his very own! Boo is looking for a home that will continue to help soften his food and will be committed to making sure he isn't allowed to chew on or have any hard treats to help prevent further damage to his jaw. Boo is very sweet and loves to cuddle and be held! He's energetic and loves to be outside, and go for walks. He's great with kids and dogs. Boo can be a little protective of his toys, but he is easily corrected, for this reason we recommend a home with children ages 10+ that can undertand and help Boo with boundaries and structure. Boo is doing amazng with potty training and is ready to spend the winter snuggling and enjoying the good life!
Boo's adoption fee is $500. He has been neutered, received an extensive dental, is up to date on monthly preventatives, and has been microchipped. Please complete an application if you are interested in welcoming Boo into your home!
